even if you weren't in real estate, you remeber the hell it was trying to buy and sell a home during this time period,

I noticed that the “cute” houses - the ones styled well - sold 10x more quickly and easily than the non styled houses.

As a realtor, I knew if I was going to survive this crash,

I had to learn how to decorate and stage better than anyone else… real quick. And I was desperate to crack this code.

At first, I hired a friend who was an interior designer. This worked for a bit, but she wanted to do bigger projects and sorta bailed after a couple houses.


I had to do something! So I decided to draw inspiration from every “fast selling” house I’d ever listed, by figuring out the patterns and ideas between the cute selling houses, and the duds.


This led to my Stylishly Staged Framework that turned even the most ANNOYING of houses… into an adorable, sellable home.

Funny thing is,.. the owners started to fall back in love with their houses too!
